Warranty

1. All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
2. Cylinder heads are sold “As Is.”
3. The used engine you have purchased must have new oil and filter installed upon installation.
4. You must provide for a new tune-up upon installation of motor (points, plugs, wires, etc).
5. This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories (water pump, fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, computers, etc).
6. Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order against slippage or shifting failures.
7. Engines and transmissions must have new seals and new oil installed upon installation into vehicle.  Warrant does not cover rear main engine seals.
8. Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly; gears are guaranteed.
9. Vehicles which have Eagle Auto Parts engines and transmissions installed must have proper capacity cooling system and be in good condition.  Transmissions must have coolers flushed.
10. Proper oil levels and cooling levels must be maintained at all times for a warranty to be valid.
11. NO CORES ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.  There will be no refund of MI State Sales Tax on returned cores according to the MI State Sales Tax ruling on trade-ins and exchanges.  Core refunds to the buyer will be made by check unless the buyer paid by VISA or Mastercard.  
12. All cylinder heads and engines have Heat Tabs installed on them.  If the tab is melted, missing or damaged, warranty is VOID.  
13. Defective engines or transmissions must remain installed in the vehicle until an authorized Eagle Auto Parts representative confirms defect.
14. No refunds on special order parts
15. All glass is sold “As Is” at time of sale.
16. No refunds or returns on cut-to-order body sections.
17. All electrical items are sold “As Is.  Exchange only.
18. All defective parts must have the Eagle Auto Parts identification label on them.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
19. All Warranty claims must be done by Eagle Auto Parts certified shop.  
20. All Warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent or manager of Eagle Auto Parts within a period of 90 days from the date of purchase for this warranty to be valid.
21. Eagle Auto Parts, at its option, may replace the parts, repair the parts or refund the original purchase price.  Adjustments to be made are on parts only – NO LABOR.
22. All implied warranties are limited to the terms of the limited warranty.  Consequential or incidental damagers are not covered under this warranty.
23. Warranties on any products sold shall be in effect only for the duration of the express warranties contained herein and upon conclusions of the express warranties herein, there shall be no warranties, express or implied including merchant – ability and fitness for use of the product sold.
24. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment or damage by accident or misuse.
25. Improper installation will void warranty.
26. WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT RECEIPT.
27. 25% Handling charge on all approved returned merchandise.  No exchanges after 30 days.
28. We do not assume responsibility for towing charges, layup time, telephone, loss due to downtime, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconveniences, or car or truck rental.
29. Any merchandise or invoice marked “As Is” will void this Certificate of Limited Warranty.  This means NO WARRANTY – NO REFUNDS.
30. Damaged or altered parts are non-returnable.
31. Cost of labor is included in the price of used parts and is not refundable.
32. All body panels are sold “As Is” from the time of pickup or delivery.  No returns.
33. All deposits are nonrefundable.

**In the event of insufficient funds when applied to the purchase method, an NSF fee of $50 will be applied.**
